Open Position:
Crow Wing Power has a position open for a full-time Network Administrator. This position maintains the computing environment by making sure that the Cooperative’s servers, network, voice, and all other systems are operating properly and securely, and has the capacity to meet the demands of the business. This person will assist in ensuring the employees have dependable, prompt technical support for all computer and phone services as well as assist in developing solutions to technology issues. Assist in implementing and maintaining cyber security measures to protect corporate resources. They will also assist in evaluating innovative technologies and work closely with the rest of the IT Department.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain physical servers, virtual servers, hypervisors, network switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access controllers, VOIP systems, VPNs and all other communication connections and devices required.
- Ensure proper security practices are being used for all of Crow Wing Power’s network hardware, software, and Operating systems.
- Ensure successful completion and maintenance of all backups.
- Assist in ensuring that the Cooperative’s employees have reliable and effective computer services and prompt technical support.
- Must be a positive team player with a willingness to learn other jobs within the department.
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Other duties assigned by Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Degree in information technology is preferred.
- Must have two to five years of related experience or equivalent education.
- Strong understanding of client and server operating systems including Microsoft and Linux.
- Understanding of networking, virtualization, wireless, VOIP, security, and communications.
- Understanding of mobile device management concepts.
- A+ Certificate preferred.
- Network+ certificate preferred.
- Continued training is required.
- Must be able to work on site and work outside normal business hours when necessary.
- Must pass pre-employment requirements.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must possess the qualifications, experience and skills deemed appropriate by management.

Crow Wing Power Credit Union is looking for a friendly and outgoing Member Service Representative. This position will successfully serve the financial needs of our members. We are currently looking for a reliable and outgoing individual to provide a fundamental role in achieving member satisfaction. The primary responsibilities of this position include origination, processing and servicing of loans and assisting members with new and existing accounts. The ability to multi-task, maintain a high level of accuracy, and customer service skills are vital to this position.
Qualifications:
- Two (2) year minimum experience at a financial institution
- Lending experience preferred
- AA Degree preferred
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must possess the qualifications, experience, and skills deemed appropriate by Management
